Juneteenth Jubilee will be held Tuesday June 18 from 11 a.m.– 1:30 p.m. on the Kent Campus, Student Green/Risman Plaza. It is free and open to the public.

Melissa Fenn, senior advisor II in the College of Nursing, was recently awarded the university's inaugural Distinguished Advisor Award by University Advising and the Kent Academic Advising Support and Advising Association (KASADA). 

AAAPI faculty and staff marked AAPI Heritage Month with a speaker, Lynn Itagaki, Ph.D.

In 1977, the U.S. government established a time to recognize Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders and their accomplishments. The commemoration started as a week but in the 1990s evolved into a monthlong celebration.

The ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity Board of Trustees approved the updated ÃÛÑ¿appComplete College Ohio Campus Completion Plan as part of a state and institutional commitment to increase dramatically the number of college degrees awarded in Ohio. The plan was approved during the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held May 22.
