As part of the Summit Street: Building a Better Way improvement project, the Summit Street/Loop Road intersection north of Summit Street will be closed during spring break, from approximately 6 a.m. Monday, March 21, to the evening of Friday, March 25. Work in Progress: New restroom plumbing rough-in nearly complete. Sheet metal duct rough-in has begun on the first floor and the new restroom areas. Electrical floor boxes are 75% complete in 223. Sanitary drain and toilet carriers are complete in the second floor. 3rd floor abatement for the restrooms is complete. Poured the new addition floor slab was poured on 3/15/2016. Currently insulating the chilled water pipes in the 3rd floor wast mechanical room. Steam reducing station in the 3rd floor east mechanical room is approximately 10% complete.
