2023 Spring Food Truck Series

Food trucks return to Risman Plaza every Wednesday through the end of April. 

A student who has committed to attending ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity in the fall smiles with loved ones and Flash, the mascot, during a 2023 Future Flash Day held on the Kent Campus.

ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity is proving that it is the place to be for fall 2023 with a record-breaking number of applications, a record-breaking number of students who have been accepted for admission into the university and a record-breaking number of students who have made deposits to confirm their attendance in the fall.

ÃÛÑ¿apphosted Innovation Day 2023 for the Northeast Ohio Public University Research Alliance (NEO-PURA)

Innovation Day 2023 was a collaborative effort of the Northeast Ohio Public University Research Alliance (NEO-PURA) comprised of ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity, Cleveland State University, Northeast Ohio Medical University, The University of Akron and Youngstown State University.

March is National Social Work Month in the United States. Although it is a celebratory time, the profession currently faces challenges due to reductions in the labor force and a growing population of need, especially in rural communities. ÃÛÑ¿apprecently announced the creation of a Bachelor of Social Work academic degree program, which will launch in the fall of 2023 with a focus on rural social work.

The ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA ’80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.
