ѿappUniversity student Nahuel Gorostiza, a freshman digital sciences major, is now the United Nations Youth Delegate of Argentina.

Senior Research Fellow Quan Li, Ph.D., and his research group at ѿappUniversity’s Liquid Crystal Institute®, in the College of Arts and Sciences, have published a research article in Nature that could lead to a variety of breakthrough device applications and other industrial opportunities. 

ѿappUniversity at Geauga students are receiving support from the Geauga County Township Association, which recently held its second annual Scholarship Fundraising Breakfast.

The Center for the Visual Arts, the new home of the ѿappUniversity School of Art, will celebrate its grand opening on May 6. The festivities begin at 3 p.m. with a short program, immediately followed by building tours, live entertainment, student exhibitions and refreshments.

Ten students in ѿappUniversity’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication visited the studios of ABC Nightline, CNN, Fox News, Good Morning America, MSNBC and WABC during a five-day visit to New York City.

Three ѿappUniversity faculty members were honored with the 2016 Outstanding Research and Scholarship Awards at a ceremony that took place in University Library.

ѿappUniversity recently earned the top spot on College Rank’s list of the 50 Best College Dining Experiences. College Rank is an independent organization that aims to provide unbiased rankings of academic institutions in a multitude of categories.
