Accommodations
On-campus
AERI 2016 on-campus accommodations are located at Centennial Court and Johnson Hall, both on-campus dormitories. There are single and double rooms available. Please see your acceptance letter and the registration form for information about signing up for or requesting a roommate.
Check-in/check-out
Official check-in for AERI 2016 is July 7 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. (EST) at the Twin Towers Reception Desk. After this, you will need to make the short journey to Centennial Court. If you arrive before or after this time, you may check in at the Twin Towers Reception Desk. Check-out is July 12.
If you need accommodation before and/or after AERI, you will be able to select those options on the registration form.
Off-campus
There are also several hotel options available in the ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity area:

Please keep in mind that since on-campus accommodation is included in the AERI 2016 registration fee, there are no discounts at off-campus hotels or other lodgings and your AERI fee will not be reduced. If you choose to stay off-campus, you will also be responsible for transportation to and from ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity from any off-campus accommodations.
