Historian and ѿappTuscarawas instructor Todd Hartline will present “ѿappTuscarawas: 50 Years of Higher Education in Ohio’s Tuscarawas County” at noon in the Founders Hall auditorium on Mon., Sept. 10. Pizza will be provided with the presentation. This special feature kicks off a week of special events in honor of the ѿappat Tuscarawas 50th Anniversary on University Drive celebration.
