Enology students of ��ѿappUniversity’s Ashtabula Campus are leaving a lasting impact with their high-quality luxury wines. 
 
Local wine connoisseur and writer for the Akron Beacon Journal Phil Masturzo recalled in his article “Fun food pairings make KSU wines shine,” that upon sampling two ��ѿappAshtabula Wines, he thought, why not enjoy a full glass?
 
“I had a glass of the Sunburst Riesling … A few more sips of the wine had me thinking that I could do this ‘All Night Long,’” Mr. Masturzo wrote. “I couldn’t be more impressed with the wine, a nice easy drinker with elderberry and blackberry flavors.”
 
Thanks to ��ѿappAshtabula’s partnership with Laurello Vineyards in nearby Geneva, enology students have had the opportunity to enhance their educational experience by participating in grape growing and winemaking. 
 
��ѿappAshtabula is home to Ohio’s only winemaking program, offering its students hands-on experience.
 
“So Flash some local pride and give these wines a try. I’ll bet you’ll be surprised how good they are,” Mr. Masturzo wrote.
