Membership in the organization at ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity shall be open to all students with active membership in ÃÛÑ¿appUniversity’s Fighting Flashes Student Organization and all crosstown students associated with the Fighting Flashes. Active membership will be determined by the
commander’s discretion.
